Leak Tester
The Oxipack Stationary Leak Tester (SLT series) is a non-destructive leak detection system using vacuum decay technology in compliance with ASTM F2338. It is designed for both flexible MAP packaging and rigid formats such as coffee capsules, trays, cups, and food pouches. The SLT uses flexible rubber membranes for soft packs, while the SLT XS employs custom-molded rigid plates for shaped products. Both models offer fast, accurate, and operator-independent results—ideal for seamless integration into automated quality control processes.

Isolator

Extraction System
The subcritical water extraction system is designed to efficiently and environmentally friendly extract natural compounds. Equipped with an extraction vessel and two separators, the system operates at high temperature and pressure, allowing for the effective extraction of phenolic compounds without the need for chemical solvents. All surfaces in contact with food are made of stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and preventing microbial attachment. The system features PID temperature control, automatic pressure regulation, and a back pressure regulator, ensuring precise and stable extraction. Additionally, users can integrate a supercritical CO₂ module to expand the extraction capability for high-value compounds.

Extraction System

Semua permukaan yang bersentuhan dengan sampel terbuat dari baja tahan karat, menjamin higienitas optimal untuk penelitian.
