By combining automation solutions with pharmaceutical freeze-drying processes, Dara-Lyo has developed a reliable, safe, and user-friendly system for monitoring and managing process data.

Within this product range, process data recording and recipe adjustment are particularly important. This enables users to identify, develop, and establish parameters aimed at future efficient production while achieving maximum performance for lyophilized products.

Vacuum Pumps

Two-stage oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps are used to achieve medium and low pressure. This equipment is highly suitable for R&D centers, laboratory environments, etc.

TriEpic has been developed for flexible use with multiple formats and for unlimited freeze-drying processes, when the equipment is required at different times and for different cycles. TriEpic freeze dryers allow simultaneous processing of different formats, as they can be equipped at the same time with rectangular chambers, circular chambers, or stainless-steel manifolds.

Dara-Lyo’s pilot freeze dryer range is designed with durability equivalent to production-scale equipment, enabling the development and optimization of lyophilization processes at the highest level. Manufactured entirely from stainless steel, these freeze dryers can be fully installed in cleanroom environments. Our LyoLab pilot freeze dryer features an AISI-316L stainless steel chamber with a capacity of up to 9,000 vials and a condenser capable of holding up to 40 kg of ice. The unit can also be equipped with a stoppering system using a movable shelf, along with various other customizable options upon request. Control and precision in the freeze-drying process were the goals set during the development of LyoLab.

The LyoLab MINI is equipped with an AISI-316L stainless steel drying chamber with a capacity of up to 535 vials and a condenser capable of holding up to 6 kg of ice, along with a movable shelf system supporting vial stoppering. Featuring all the same functionalities as the LyoLab series but in a more compact design, the LyoLab MINI is developed for freeze-drying small batches dedicated to research and specialized formulation development.
