The Solo Plus is the industry’s top performing, highest speed contactless large rigid container inspection solution on the market. The Solo Plus is part of Peco InspX’s family of advanced side view X-ray inspection systems and is specially designed for the inspection of large rigid containers (e.g. metal and composite cans, plastic containers, glass and boxes).
The Solo Plus mounts over the customer’s existing conveyor and therefore offers completely non-contact inspection at linear speeds up to 700 feet (233 meters) or 2,000 containers per minute.
The Solo Plus leverages Peco InspX’s proprietary inspection software to detect a wide range of foreign material and container defects (e.g. knocked down flanges).
