The ARES FML-MI laboratory impact mill by FILTRA is designed for the volume and size reduction of hard, semi-hard, and brittle materials such as glass, ceramics, or animal feed. The device is also highly effective in processing solid and tough materials like rocks, minerals, electronic waste, and many other types of materials.

Model: ARES FML-MI

Filtra Vibración manufactures different models of laboratory mills based on the needs of each client, including the small and affordable ARES FML-0100 for grinding small quantities of product. We also offer a cutting model, the ARES FML-MC, and an impact model, the ARES FML-MI.

They are used to grind a wide variety of soft, semi-hard and hard materials, such us, cereals, spices, vegetables, resins, minerals, earth, stone, coal, etc. with a particle feed size of +/- 15 mm in FML-0100.

The feeding is supplied by a hopper located at the top and can be dosed manually using a chopper. The door has a quick locking with a safety micro-sensor which stops the rotation when it’s opened.

Both the front and loading hopper are manufactured from mirror-polished AISI 304 stainless steel. In the interior the 3 hammers are made from anti-wear AISI 410 stainless steel. The equipment includes an easily interchangeable screen with standard perforations ranging from Ø 0.5 to 10 mm in the cutting and impact models.

Final particle size is adjustable using screens ranging from 0.5 to 10 mm. *Testing recommended based on product type.
