DCSmart is an intelligent capping machine designed for pharmaceutical vials fitted with aluminum or aluminum-plastic caps ranging from 8 to 33 mm. Combining full servo drive, digitally adjustable segmented torque, and wireless HMI connectivity, the system delivers a capacity of 420–600 vials per hour. Recipe versioning, audit trails, batch records, electronic signatures, and PDF report export enhance data traceability across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and R&D applications.
