The Walk-in Chambers are large-scale environmental testing rooms designed to simulate extreme temperature and humidity conditions from –65 °C up to +85 °C with up to 98% RH. With modular construction, smart touchscreen controls, and high-performance refrigeration, these chambers handle oversized test samples with ease. Ideal for industries like automotive, electronics, and marine applications where full-scale, real-environment simulation is key.

Product Features

●Air supply channel and refrigeration unit adopt integral design.

●The slope is used for transporting heavy object into the test chamber.

●Large observation window makes it convenient for operator to observe the test sample inside the chamber.

●Lead holes are available on the two sides of the equipment, convenient for placing the testing apparatus, leads and others on the two sides of the equipment.

●The inner chamber is made by SS304 stainless steel; the external chamber is made by SECC, and its surface is treated by electrostatic powder coating.

●Modularized Refrigerating system, waterway system and the electrical control system for safety and ease of maintenance.

●Air vents are in the chamber for uniformity in temperature inside the chamber and the temperature and humidity can become constant at a much faster speed. The angle of guide vane can be adjusted freely, effectively ensuring the uniformity inside the chamber.

Equipped with BTHC control system (PID + SSR) for balanced temperature and humidity regulation.

  • Automatic data logging with swipe-accessible history, screenshot capture, alarm notifications, power loss protection, and multi-user access levels.

  • Remote connectivity via RS485, LAN, or GPRS; data export via USB in CSV format; internal memory stores up to 3 months of logs (1-minute intervals).

Standard & Optional Features:

  • Heat-resistant viewing window, Ø80 mm cable port, and sample power outlet.

  • Safety features include leakage protection, over-temperature protection, phase loss, dry heating protection, audio-visual alarms.
