Stability Chamber
The biggest advantage with CME chambers is that they are highly flexible for customization. Every test follows a set of procedures as per the defined test standards (ASTM, IEC, MIL, etc.) and sometimes a standard climatic chamber might not be enough to conduct a test. Our engineers understand this need of the industry and offer the highest level of customisation such as design modification or integration with other applications
Stability Chamber
High or low temperature testing is made by integrating with CME’s environmental chamber to a universal testing machine (UTM). Environmental chambers come with their own temperature controller and, depending on the system’s compatibility, the temperature settings and recordings may be controlled with the UTM’s controller or software.
Stability Chamber
CME’s Vibration and Temperature environmental chambers on Lifting test space are widely endorsed by their users because of their ability to adapt to various shakers, test modes combinations with high temperature, low temperature and humidity. These environmental chambers, realized upon specifications, are dedicated to Vibration Temperature and Humidity combined tests.
Stability Chamber
CME SF-CCT chambers are designed to be flexible enough to comply with as many different CCT specifications as possible. These may be programmed to conduct a whole range of corrosion tests such as wet cycle, dry cycle, controlled humidity as well as the salt spray test in a single chamber. This can occur in any sequence and be repeated automatically. A wide range of optional accessories enable additional climates to be added to further extend the number of climates and conditions that can be created.
Stability Chamber
CME cyclic corrosion test chambers are designed to offer flexibility in accommodating various CCT specifications. They can be programmed to perform a wide range of corrosion tests, including wet cycles, dry cycles, controlled humidity, and salt spray tests, all within a single chamber.
Stability Chamber
Recent years have demonstrated that cyclic salt spray chambers provide a more realistic simulation of real-world corrosive environments compared to the traditional salt spray testing method. The salt spray test operates at a single temperature set point (ambient to 55°C) in continuous mode. This makes the cyclic corrosion test more reliable for evaluating corrosion resistance.
Stability Chamber
Thriving solar energy market and increasing competition has raised the reliability and performance standards for photovoltaic modules. Manufacturers must ensure their photovoltaic (PV) modules are robust, reliable and able to consistently deliver the guaranteed rated power even under more severe climactic conditions. CME’s environmental chambers will tremendously help you in this process of developing a reliable PV modules /solar panels at fraction of cost.
Stability Chamber
Over the years CME has designed and commissioned many Drive-In Chambers for Automobile Industry. Both Automobile manufacturers and its industry regulatory bodies have always upheld the proven reliability and assured performance of our chambers. The latest 1,40,000 Litres Drive-In Climatic Chamber is an example of one such recently commissioned mega project, which primarily simulates real environmental conditions in its test space to conduct wide range of test on live vehicles.
